The Howard Cowgirls

Neva and Theresa competed in the "Worlds Smallest Rodeo" at the 2010 Black Hills Stock Show. Neva received a gift certificate for "Best Dressed Cowgirl" for the 5 YO age group. They both had a blast barrel racing on their stick horses.
